This is a normal extra-club feed (based on a 10-club feed for three people but extended to more feedees) except that the feeder passes to the feedees at random. Because the feeder passes 1 count before a feedee responds, the feedees don't need to know in advance who will be getting the next pass from the feeder. Each feedee just keeps juggling selves in rhythm with the feeder until a pass comes in. Whoever the feeder passes to responds with a return pass 1 count later. The feedees should carefully watch the feeder's passing hand!
This pattern includes SJRI visiting scholar and expert juggler Francoise Rochais. In addition, SJRI regular Rick Rubenstein, although he didn't know it at the time, was doing the pattern with a broken hand. This video was made at the 2,011 IJA festival in Rochester, MN.
