I was thinking about the "cherry picker" pattern the other day...
It's a one-sided pattern...
but could it be modified to become a two-sided pattern? where the balls still DO NOT switch columns??
After a little bit of experimentation, I discovered the reverse cherry picker...
Then I came across a few other variations...
Did I invent a fucking trick yet? Or should I just continue being discouraged? :-(
standard cherry picker
reverse cherry picker
alternating version of the regular and reverse. A
"two-sided-one-sided pattern" hahahahahaaaa... does that make sense?
all the same shit on the opposite side...
My first attempt at a "two-sided cherry picker"
It is still a one-sided pattern. Regular cherry picker on one side, then reverse cherry picker on the other side... I could easily do this pattern on the "other" side if I really wanted to, but I didn't bother...
My official discovery of the 2-sided cherry picker!!! I've never seen this trick before... I will call it, THE SUPER-MEGA CHERRY PICKER... OF DOOOOM!!!! It's really just the trick at 0:16, with a quick round of 423 to switch sides... i think... but I achieved my goal of creating a 2-sided cherry picker-ish type pattern where the balls DO NOT switch columns! yay!!
